This little book should act as a kick start for the novice, so that the next time they encounter a Neurology patient, before reaching for the Referral Form to the Neurologist, they may be tempted to form a clinical judgment of their own. Why I wrote this book What pains me most is to see the junior doctors shunning and avoiding Neurology. It is a beautifully logical subject. Each case is a practical demonstration of cause and effect, an exercise in the art of deduction and indeed a better whodunit than any detective fiction could ever produce.
